ไปเยี่ยมบล็อกชาวบ้านมา เห็นเขาเล่นนี้กันหมดแล้ว เล่นมั่ง นิดนึงๆ

ทำไม GMAIL ยังคงเป็น BETA ?

คำว่า Beta ตามหลักของ Software Testing หมายถึงช่วงเวลาที่เปิดให้ผู้คนทั่วไปสามารถเข้ามาใช้งาน และแจ้งปัญหา(BUG) กลับไปยังผู้ให้บริการ ก่อนที่จะออกเวอร์ชั่นเต็ม หรือ Release candidate ออกมา
“เอนทรี่นี้ ไม่มีคำตอบนะครับ มีแต่คำถาม” ^^
เป็นเรื่องที่น่าสนใจว่าทำไม Gmail ที่เปิดให้บริการมาตั้ง 4 ปีกว่านี้ มันยังคงเป็น Beta อยู่ ทั้งๆที่โดยรวมแล้ว ผมค่อนข้างจะประทับใจ Gmail มากกว่า Hotmail และ Yahoomail อยู่ด้วยซ้ำ ก็ลองไล่กลับไปดูตั้งแต่อดีต
ตาม Timeline ได้ดังนี้
ในช่วงที่ผ่านมาผมยังไม่เคยประสบปัญหา Gmail ล่ม เข้าไม่ได้ ข้อมูลหายไป หรืออะไรทำนองนี้เลย แต่คิดว่านักพัฒนาเขาคงยังไม่พอใจ กับสิ่งปัจจุบัน เลยได้แก้ไขเพิ่มเติมเรื่อยๆราวกับไม่มีจุดหมาย ล่าสุดก็เพิ่งมีฟังก์ชั่นเปลี่ยนธีมของ Gmail ได้ครับ แปลกดี
สรุปก็ยังไม่รู้ทำไมมันถึงยังเบต้าอยู่
ถ้าปล่อย Released version มา อาจจะมีอะไรให้ช็อคกันก็ได้
ป.ล. ชีวิตคนเรามันก็เหมือนกับ Beta ตลอดชีวิตล่ะครับ

เซิสๆเรื่อง discrete math เกี่ยวกับการพรูฟ ก็บังเอิญไปเจอนี่เข้าให้ อ่านๆไปนั่งขำไป

1) Prove that LOVE is not bounded.( รักไม่มีพรมแดน) (10 points)
Solution I will suppose for a moment that love is bounded
and then I gonna try to derive a contradiction.
With the assumption that LOVE is bounded.
I can generate an open ball with finite radius e such that
LOVE will be a subset of that ball. Unfortunately,
LOVE is so powerful.
Hence, no balls or obstacles can block the LOVE.
This is a contradiction. Therefore, LOVE is not bounded.2) Prove that LOVE is irrational (รักไม่มีเหตุผล) (10 points)
Solution Prove by contradiction
To contradict completeness is trivial. Since you’re my only one, so,
there is no need to compare with others. The prove is done.3) Prove that LOVE is a convex set. ( รักไม่มีเล่ห์เหลี่ยม) ( 10 points)
Solution Without loss of generality, assume that LOVE is a set in R.
Since A in LOVE and B in LOVE. (Both A and B are belong to LOVE)
,no matter how far they are, their hearts are linked with invisible line.
Every point on the line ( tA+(1-t)B , 0<t<1) is endowed with LOVE.
This means that tA+(1-t)B belongs to LOVE. Therefore, LOVE is a convex set.
